3 Travellers Rest Board Meeting, 7 p.m.

6 Grain and Hay Building The Greenfield Historical Society will be holding their first Sunday Dinner of the year on January 6th. The meal will be held at the Grain & Hay building. Waiters and waitresses will be serving guests from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM on real plates, silverware and linen. All this for just $10.00, no tipping. Proceeds from the Sunday dinners go towards utility bills and maintenance of the various buildings of the society. Come on down after church and have a great meal, visit with friends and support the Greenfield Historical Society.

5 Konneker Education Museum Spring Tea, 2 p.m. Refreshments will include finger foods, tea, coffee and water. Presale tickets are on sale for $10.00 at the Community Savings Bank in Greenfield. With limited seating there is no guarantee that tickets will be available on the day of the tea so it is recommend that tickets be purchased early. For more information, call 937 981 2905.

8 Various homes It is time for the fifteenth annual Christmas Tour of Homes in Greenfield hosted by the Greenfield Historical Society. The tour will be held from 12:30-4:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 8, 2019, and will feature five homes, a church and the B&O Depot. A chicken noodle dinner will precede the tour at the Grain and Hay Building from 11:30-1:00. The cost of the meal is $10.00 and includes chicken and noodles, mashed potatoes, green beans, slaw, roll and butter, drink and a choice of cakes. The tickets are $10.00 for the tour and are available at the Community Savings Bank starting November 26 through noon of December 7. Tickets will also be available the day of the tour at the Grain and Hay building and at the homes. Come on out for a great meal, visit some beautiful homes and mingle with friends.

8 Grain and Hay Building The Greenfield Historical Society will be hosting a book signing by Jim Roads for his new book, Too Good to Hide Under a Bushel. The book is a collection of Jimís paintings and life stories. The signing will be 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
